Your church is only responsible for the annual domain, hosting, and SSL certificate costs.

Terms and Conditions

1. Website Development & Setup
The website design and setup are provided FREE of charge through the Church Website Program. Our team will design, build, and launch your church website from start to finish.
Regular Value: $3,000

2. Church Email Accounts
Up to 5 church email accounts can be provided if needed.

3. Premium Website Security Firewall
To help protect your website from hackers and malicious activity, we will install a premium firewall.
Included at no cost

Regular Value: $160/year

4. Monthly Website Updates
The program includes one website update per month, such as: updating service times, replacing photos, adding announcements or events, or updating contact information

Note: Redesigning the website is not considered a standard update and will incur additional charges.

5. Management of the Domain Name

As part of the Church Website Program, we will manage your church's domain name (for example, www.yourchurch.ca) on your behalf. This allows us to handle all technical aspects, including annual renewals, website settings, maintenance, and helping to ensure that your website remains online and accessible.

Domain Name Costs
Annual domain registration or renewal: $45.00
If your domain needs to be transferred from another provider, a one-time transfer fee of $45.00 may apply.

6. Website Hosting and Security Certificate (SSL)
Your website will be hosted on our secure servers. This includes an SSL security certificate, which helps protect visitors' information and displays the padlock icon in web browsers.

Website Hosting Costs
Website hosting costs $15.99 per month and is billed annually.
Annual hosting fee: $191.88

SSL Security Certificate
The SSL security certificate costs $4.99 per month and is billed annually.
Annual SSL fee: $59.88

7. Payment Terms & Start of Services

Once your church has been approved for the Church Website Program, full payment for domain registration, hosting, and SSL certificates is required before work begins. After payment is received, members of our team will be in contact with you to gather the information needed for your website, including content, images, branding, and ministry details.

8. Termination of Services

If your church chooses to discontinue its participation in the Church Website Program, end its partnership with us, or move its website to another hosting provider, the FREE website design and development provided through this program will not be transferred. However, your church's domain name may be transferred to another provider upon request, provided that all outstanding fees have been paid in full.
