– A tax receipt for the website build is required.
3. Email Accounts:
– Up to 5 email accounts are included with the free website program, if required.
4. Premium Firewall:
– A premium firewall will be installed at no additional charge, valued at $160.00 per year.
– A tax receipt for the firewall is required annually.
5. Monthly Updates:
– One website update per month is included in the program.
Note: Redesigning the website is not considered a standard update and will incur additional charges.
6. Hosting and SSL Certificate: All websites built under ChurchWebsites.ca will be hosted on our secure servers, which include SSL certificates for security.
7. Domain Management: You agree to transfer the management of your domain to ChurchWebsites.ca, which is owned and managed by Olton Marketing and Communications Inc., for efficient and streamlined handling of renewals, settings, and technical updates.
8. Ownership: The domain registered or transferred under ChurchWebsites.ca will remain under the management of Olton Marketing and Communications Inc., unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing and approved.
9. Domain Name:
– The annual cost for a domain name is $40.00.
– If applicable, a one-time domain transfer fee of $40.00 will apply.
10. Hosting Costs:
– The monthly hosting cost is $15.99, which must be paid annually in a single payment of $191.88.
11. SSL Certificate:
– The SSL certificate costs $4.99 per month, payable annually in a single payment of $59.88.
12. Payment Terms: Full payment is required immediately after the domain is purchased or transferred to us. No website development will commence until payment is confirmed.
